A few of the bars and food options were great. At most the food and drinks were extremely disappointing. Checking in was absolutely terrible, converting money was near impossible, ATM did not work at resort the first 2 days then wanted to charge $18 to get $100 out, was put in a king bed when I booked a double queen and they would not change, did not have change for $100 USD. Would not book this resort ever again

the property is huge. we stayed in the Pyramid building, so many things to do there. the pool is incredibly large and do a great job of keeping everything clean. here is the issue we have with the place. the food is not that good and we had the black band to get into the best restaurants. what we found out from a bartender, that this resorts main source of guests are from south america. bus load after bus load of people everyday. if you speak the language and are between 20 and 30, you will have a great time.
