Arrived at 5:15pm, and there was no one at check in. Rang the bell, and fortunately, a nice fellow customer opened the door for us, without which we would have been stranded outside in the middle of nowhere. We waited an hour in the lobby for someone to show up, during which I called the manager three times and left two messages. The third time, he finally picked up (i.e. he didn't return my calls himself) and told me the front door key code to just grab a key for my room. I saw him for the first tribe as I checked out, just hanging out with his buddies in the lobby. The place itself is nice and I would recommend it, but it's the worst service I ever had.
