I was in apartment, B3. It was absolutely perfect.
I don’t understand some of the reviews because my experience in this hotel/condo was nothing short of amaizing. The staff were extremely accommodating and had excellent communication. Another great amenity was having a hot shower with strong water pressure.
My only constructive criticism was the consistent construction to the adjacent building. Sometimes you can hear the noise but just put your A/C on high and you’re all set.
Room was clean, floors were ok, the bottom part of the couch was broken when i arrived. I also left 8 large trash bags as you were only given 1 bag.
Again, overall experience was very good.

this property was very nice for the money all though there were a lot of bugs in the pool and tiles that can cut you in the pool the room itself was nice besides the fact the ac every once in a while shot ice out it was better than other places for that price

The property is okay. Elevators dont work and there’s a lot of stairs. Pool area is nice but water is dirty. Inside the apartment all the tiles were lose and water pressure on the shower was horrible… but is okay for what you pay for it. Really close to everything

What a lovely surprise this suite was. I read all the reviews and decided to take a chance and so glad I did.
The suite was beautiful, clean, perfect location and the host was very responsive. The suite is on 5th Ave and close enough to Walmart to walk. There is everything you need in the suite to do breakfast and lunch at home. You are so close to many restaurants and shopping and the pool area is perfect. All in all 10 stars.

Place was not as advertised. Showed nice white sofa with a nice coffee table. No coffee table, and dirty stained ugly blue sofa. Sheets were also dirty and stained. Didn't notice till i turned the sheet over. That God there was a washer and dryer.

We booked for 2 nights , I love the location ! Steps from all the shops and night live, but I hated that the elevator in the place was not working! (I asked the receptionist and she said that it was like that for a while and they were going to fix it till another month) I traveled with baby & toddlers , & it was very hard to go up and down and carry 5 pieces of luggage to the 3rd floor with a lot of humidity on the building, there was no running water on the masters bathroom and the ac unit didn’t work till my husband googled how to factory reset. Good location but details like that ruins the stay.

Pros: walkable distance to local market,beach, ATM etc
Cons: Non functional lift in a 5 floor apartment. You need to climb more than 100 stairs if you are on top floor.not at all suitable with kids.
Apartments was dirty. Dishes provided for cooking were oily ,dirty and the black coating of cooking pot was erosive and got mixed with food
Toaster given had rust and oil stains.
AC had leakage and whole room was filled with water dripping down from the AC.
Pictures shown in the website were misleading. It is not adjacent to the beach. It's simply an appointment near the shopping area.

Worst hotel(apartaments) service ever! 😡
They cancelled my reservation last minute, check in was at 3. They gave me a room number and a key code but as soon as I got there the owner decided they had to cancel because they had no availability. Very rude and bad attitude. They told me I had to contact hotels.com so I could get a refund I still haven't received it. According to hotels they have to cintact the merchant first. Very bad service on both ends. I would totally avoid booking with them.

The room was not effectively cleaned. There was food residue on plates, utensils, and prep areas. Sheets and towels had signs of dirt. The bathrooms were not a lot better. The owner insisted it had been cleaned, but it was poorly done if so. The pool photos fail to show many missing tiles and the spa is unheated.
The unit differed significantly from photos. No washer/drier on site. It was sort of 2 bedrooms - the sitting area near the dining area had been converted with some walls that went up 7' or so to section it off as a bedroom. I cannot recommend this place to others.

The apartment itself was excellent. Beds were comfortable, apartment was spacious and fit our family of 5 well, location was great - a half block to 5th Ave and a 5-10 munute walk to beaches. Overpriced food galore on 5th, but get off the strip and affordable and great food to be found.
Now the cons. Check in and communication was a mess. No email confirmations or communications whatsoever from the host - eventually after waiting for 30 minutes at the front door, a person arrived, and after many phone calls and texts, she eventually found our room number and we were able to finally feel like we arrived. Hot water on demand was turned off, so no hot water until i realized this and turned it back on. No housekeeping, few towels, not enough blankets.
As a whole, once checked in and settled, an enjoyable experience, but the check in chaos definately left a bitter taste in our mouths.

Le batiment est propre est très sympa( la note est pour l'apt C1),
- Pour prendre une douche c'est avec beaucoup de difficulté( à chaque plainte l'administration nous de de contacter la personne qui nous a loué)🙄 ,
- Pas de service de Chambre, une serviette par personne pour les 7 jours
- Très très bruyant( l'apt C1),les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées, il y a une grosse génératrice dans un Hotel en face de l'apt C1.

El lugar es bonito y el precio es bueno. Sin duda se llevarían un 10/10 si no fuera por el tema de la limpieza ya que cuando llegamos había incluso ropa usada de huéspedes anteriores en el departamento. Rentamos dos departamentos y en ambas nos quedó a deber el tema de la limpieza. En cuanto a la comunicación la propiedad siempre respondió todas nuestras dudas y requerimientos en cuanto se le solicitó. Solo sugerimos mejorar la limpieza un mucho. La alberca por otra parte se encontraba limpia y sola tiene una vista muy linda de la ciudad. Otro punto a tomar en cuenta son las TVs ya que no funcionan muy bien aunque para nosotros no fue un tema ya que no pasamos mucho tiempo en el departamento. Las chicas de recepción también fueron muy amables.

Me parece un lugar muy cómodo, limpio, tiene excelente ubicación.
Mi única observación serian los cabezales de las duchas ya que por la presión del agua que es excelente se inflan y se despegan causando que se salpique todo dentro del baño. Podrian invertirle en unas de buena calidad para que eso no pase.
Pero de ahí en fuera todo excelente.
