"Nice quiet hotel with spacious, comfortable bedrooms- we slept well. Good shuttle free to and from airport- driver very friendly. Concierge very friendly. Reception staff miserable when we checked in but lovely when we checked out "

"The resort has improved its service s lot since our last visit last year. Great pool and large, comfortable rooms. The pool never has towels and now, rather than simply offer enough towels, a staff member occasionally shakes the guests down to see if they took more than one towel or if they're sneaking towns to their room. Like, we were questioned about our towels and had to give our room number and name to be allowed to leave the pool area when THERE WERE NO TOWELS for guests to use. He was literally guarding an empty towel cupboard. Are the towels made of gold cloth or something? I've never experienced a hunger games for pool towels like this before. Bring your own towel and you'll have a great time. "

"The staff rushed me through my check in I had no time to ask questions. Very disappointing considering how expensive this hotel was. There is no information sheets in the room. Not everyone has knowledge of how to scan codes to find everything out about your hotel. Not user friendly at all "
